  3. PM2html - PageMaker to HTML conversion is provided in a compressed format.
  4. To expand, type pm2html<return>.
  5. The expanded package consists of the following files:
  6.    README.1ST   - This file
  7.    PM2HTML.ADD  - PageMaker addition
  8.    HTMLMAN.PS   - html coding manual, copy to any Postscript printer,
  9.                   no conversion is required
  10.    HTMLDOC1.PM5 - Documentation for the PM2html addition. Open as a
  11.                   PageMaker document and print
  12.    PM2HTML.LOG  - This is the LOG FILE that MUST be edited before starting
  13.                   the conversion, see HTMLDOC1.PM% documentation
  14.    INSTALL.EXE  - This is the Windows automatic installer.
  15.                   Start Windows and select RUN from FILE menu,
  16.                   enter a:\install, then follow the prompts
  17.    PFMSETUP.INF - Support for install program

  38. PMPROKIT - PMproKit is a unique collection of seven different tools that give
  39. you complete control over PageMaker:
  40. Type Distortion-Text can be expanded or condensed to a specific set width
  41.   in points.
  42. Kerning - Add, delete and modify automatic kern pairs. The kerning takes
  43.   effect immediately. The kerning data is also permanently saved.
  44. Rotate & Merge Text - Select text and a rule (horizontal, vertical or
  45.   diagonal), the text will be stretched or condensed to fit the length of
  46.   the rule and then rotated.
